However, the views from it a very good along the edge and also across the land.

Thank you for reading and taking the time to comment.

Happy rambling, PRPeak Ramblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07645316221553542322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823921419241429099.post-79049998915806103052013-06-04T11:33:31.541-07:002013-06-04T11:33:31.541-07:00Wonderful pictures, all that sun and colour is qui...Wonderful pictures, all that sun and colour is quite quite gorgeous. I'm dead interested in Robin Hood's Cave, and I've stashed that little piece of info in me noggin for the next time we come down that way. Thanks fro the write up. :-)
dittzzyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15692360473584073575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823921419241429099.post-25248976384821181062013-05-29T11:26:22.758-07:002013-05-29T11:26:22.758-07:00Hi Lee,

They’re not fully water tight, but they do make one hell of a difference between being soaked and damp….

I hope the weather perks up for you on Saturday and you have a fabulous walk.Peak Ramblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07645316221553542322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823921419241429099.post-39983268750173682682013-05-29T06:48:07.340-07:002013-05-29T06:48:07.340-07:00Burbage Valley, just to the south of where you wer...Burbage Valley, just to the south of where you were walking, is one of my favourite areas in that part of the Peak District; so easy to reach from Sheffield too. I'm hoping to take a couple of friends from Leeds walking there on Saturday, and then continuing to Stanage Edge and across Bamford Moor...they've been warned that it might get quite boggy in places. Not only do I have many childood memories, but Stanton Moor, though covering a small, but exposed area, is a great testing ground for new kit.

Thank you for your comments, both here and on Twitter.Peak Ramblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07645316221553542322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7823921419241429099.post-89149984997818762922013-05-28T09:06:06.932-07:002013-05-28T09:06:06.932-07:00Nice write up :)

Bamford moor is one of my favourites (if you can have a favourite moor), but it can be horrendously boggy at times!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08207328604768620448noreply@blogger.com
